How crazy does someone have to be to thrust themselves into a 100% alien environment and surround themselves with strangers for 6 whole months? I’m feeling just a tad loco.
I just arrived in Copenhagen and so far, it’s an airport. Same Starbucks, same WHSmith you would see in any European airport, Burger King….
But it still feels so different. It’s definitely not Texas.
As we were descending into Copenhagen I got progressively more excited the close we got to the ground. Which is the complete inverse of the range of emotions I felt as I was taking off from DFW.
I’m really, really excited to see this play out. As for my mental status, that might be something to explore just a little bit later….
